M West is focused on creating and implementing client-focused institutional real estate investment strategies
that provide superior returns through management, capital preservation and growth, delivered with the highest
level of integrity, communication and service. The Firm is looking for accredited investors to co-invest alongside
the Firm as Limited Partners in various to-be-identified multi-family real estate assets. M West will focus on
Core-Plus and Value-Add multi-family opportunities in pre-defined markets where M West has a competitive
advantage. Specifically, M West will acquire, renovate, lease, own and manage real estate property in Southern
California and New York City to provide the Limited Partners with an initial cash-on-cash return of 6%-7% and
an annualized internal rate of return of 12%-17% via current income and capital appreciation.
